After a few weeks of taking this formula Deb has had significant relief of her ongoing heartburn issues. The directions say to take this after meals (Three times per day) for three days and then to take as needed. After trying all kinds of other pills and “cures” this is one of the most effective treatments thus far, plus no ongoing medication going forward (except for the as needed part, which hasn’t been excessive.)
The only thing I would say is that the taste is not pleasant, by any stretch. I tried it, just to experience it, and it tastes heavily of vinegar (one of the main ingredients) Deb and I both “chased” the medication with a bit of organic honey, to help battle the taste without washing it down our throats. Part of the cure of this, I think, is that it lingers in your esophagus to sooth and heal. This also is why you are supposed to take after meals, not before. (I think.) So this gets a thumbs up for effectiveness.
